Frequently asked questions
What is your turnaround time?
As of right now, I have up to a 5 day turnaround time. This will give me time to look over your photos, edit them to their fullest potential, and put them into an online gallery personalized just for you!! You may receive them before then, I just want to make sure I am giving you back, my best work.
How do I download my images?
You will receive an email from, "Kenzie's Photographs."
In the email, click view photos. Clicking "view photos" will bring you to your gallery. Click the arrow in the top right corner (download). After this, type in your email address and the PIN number in the email you received. Once entered, you may select how you would like your photos downloaded. If you are having trouble, please reach out to me directly through my page.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, I do require 50% of the amount to be paid prior to your session's day/time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee and will hold your spot for the session. This is required to confirm your session date. I cannot risk last minute cancellation, as it is difficult for me to find clients to fill last minute spots. Scheduled sessions are subject to be changed or rescheduled due to changes in weather.
Can I post my images on social media?
Yes of course, just make sure you follow the requirements of posting the originals and not an edited version. Please tag my social media account on your post/story.
